Ash Architectural is the next chapter in a family business built around British manufacturing, craftsmanship and a genuine passion for good design.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Charlie and Steve, we have spent years manufacturing architectural hardware from our workshop in Nottingham, in the heart of the Trent Valley. What began with specialist door hardware has naturally evolved into something broader — combining our manufacturing experience with a love of materials, detail and well-made objects.

We created Ash Architectural to bring that experience to a wider range of bespoke architectural metalwork and thoughtfully designed products. From one-off pieces and custom fabrication to our own designs, everything is developed with the same focus on quality, proportion, material and finish.

We work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors and private clients, turning ideas, sketches and technical drawings into pieces that can be manufactured beautifully and built to last.

Our approach is personal and collaborative. Steve brings decades of hands-on manufacturing knowledge and technical expertise, while Charlie works closely with clients, designers and specifiers to develop ideas and bring projects together.

Together, we share a simple aim: to create distinctive, beautifully made pieces in Britain that feel considered, purposeful and made for the space they belong in.
